Painscastle Hundred in Radnorshire

Painscastle Hundred is one of the hundreds of Radnorshire, located in the south of the county, adjacent to the borders with Brecknockshire and Herefordshire. It is bounded to the north-west by Colwyn Hundred; to the north-east by Radnor Hundred; to the east by Herefordshire; and to the south by Brecknockshire. It had a population of 2,693 in 2011.

It comprises the following ancient parishes:
