Newton Regis is a village and parish in the very north of Warwickshire, adjacent to the borders with Leicestershire, Staffordshire and a detached part of Derbyshire. Although the village is about the same latitude as nearby Seckington, the parish extends farther northwards, making it the most northerly in the county. It has a population of about 700 [1], being measured as 599 at the 2011 Census.[1]

The village has both tennis courts and a Bowls green. Austrey & Newton Regis Junior Cricket Club is based in the village.

Newton Regis Church of England Primary School opened in 1995 and has a nursery. It has about 80 pupils.[2]
