Long Island, Graham Land

Long Island is an island off the coast of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It is three nautical miles long, in a northeast–southwest direction, and half a nautical mile wide, and lies opposite the mouth of Russell East Glacier, and two nautical miles south of Trinity Peninsula, in the Prince Gustav Channel.

The island was discovered and named by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in 1945; the name is descriptive.
