Ling Gill is a gill, a narrow valley, amongst the Yorkshire Dales in the West Riding of Yorkshire. The Cam Beck, a tributary of the River Ribble, flows through the gill. To the south-east rises Pen-y-Ghent.
This valley is a rare example of a sub-alpine ash woodland, and accordingly has been listed as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and a national nature reserve. It is not open to the public.[1]
The Pennine Way passes the east end of the gill.
