Kirmond le Mire is a small village in Lindsey, the northern part of Lincolnshire. It is on the B1203 road, six miles east of Market Rasen and eleven miles south-west of Grimsby. It is in the civil parish of Thoresway.

The parish church, St Martin's, was built in 1847. It is a grade II listed building.[1]
The parish includes the lost Mediæval settlement of Beckfield.[2]
The village's name dates to at least 1086, soon after the Norman conquest.[3] It is seen in the earliest historical documents as Chevremont-le-myrr, and in some later documents as Kevermond.
