Kello Water

The Kello Water is a mountain river in northern Dumfriesshire, and a tributary of the River Nith.
The river rises on the slopes of Blacklorg Hill on the border with Ayrshire and close to the point where Ayrshire, Dumfriesshire and Kirkcudbrightshire meet. Its initial reach marks the county border running north, until it turns east into Dumfriesshire and then northeast to Kirkconnell, where the Kello joins the River Nith.
