Clows Top is a tiny village in the north of Worcestershire (a mile and a half south of the Staffordshire border) at a crossroads on the A456 between Stourport-on-Severn and Tenbury Wells. A hamlet, High Clows is immediately south of the knot of the village. To the north is Baynton Common.

There is a village shop/post office, a butcher's, a village hall (named the "Victory Hall") and a mission room. Clows Top lies on the A456 road between Newnham Bridge and Bewdley and on the B4202 between Mawley Oak and Abberley.

The summit of the hill on which the village stands reaches 758 feet above sea level.

Hunthouse Wood, a nature reserve of the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, is near the village.
