Cartworth is a hamlet in a fold in the hills by Holmfirth, in the West Riding of Yorkshire. It is immediately south of Holmfirth, and over a ridge of the hill from Upperthong in the Holme Valley.
This was once an industrial village, and the remains of the mils are prominent.
