Blaenclydach is a village swallowed up within the unbroken ribbon of villages in the Rhondda Valley, itself sitting within the Clydach Vale which joins the Rhondda Fawr just below Blaenclydach in Tonypandy, with which Blaenclydach is contiguous.
There is a three-acre field here which is a List of King George V Playing Field.
