Bausley with Criggion is a civil community in Montgomeryshire. It comprises the townships of Bausley and Criggion from the ancient parish of Alberbury. Both townships became civil parishes in 1866 and were merged in 1933. In 2011 the population of Bausley with Criggion was 690.[1]
Villages within the community include Criggion, Crewgreen and Coedway.[2]
The Criggion Radio Station is located in this community, a transmitter latterly operated by British Telecom on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence. Church of St Michael and All Angels, Criggion is a Grade-II* Listed Building.
