Apperley is a small village in Gloucestershire. It forms part of the parish of its smaller and more famous neighbour, Deerhurst. Apperley is two miles south-east of the Worcestershire border, seven miles to the north-west of Gloucester, 21 miles to the south of Worcester and four miles to the south-west of Tewkesbury.

The village has a thriving cricket club that reached the final of the National Village Cricket Championship in 1998.[1] The England cricketer Alfred Dipper was born in the village.[2]
