The Wideopen Islands are a group of islands and rocks lying seven nautical miles north of Boreal Point of Joinville Island, of the northern tip of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
The islands were roughly surveyed from a distance by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in 1953-54. They were named by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1958 because of their exposed, isolated position on the south side of Bransfield Strait.
