Stainton Beck is a stream in Westmorland.
The source of the stream is close to New Hutton, and its upper course form here is known as St Sunday's Beck. It flows down passing Stainton, from which point it takes the name 'Stainton Beck'.
The stream continues southwards to meet Peasey Beck near Milnthorpe to form the River Bela.
