Lannacombe Bay

Lannacombe Bay is a broad, open bay on the English Channel, on the south coast of Devon. It extends between outliers of two famous rocky headlands; Start Point to the north-east and Prawle Point to the south-west, the latter being Devon's southernmost point.

There is no village on the bay but East Prawle looks out over its western end.

A lane leads down beside a brook to the National Trust car park by the beach. There is a short, sandy beach in the bay which is a fine, isolated family spot, if not one of the county’s most popular beraches.

The South West Coast Path runs along the bay.
