Hilton of Cadboll, or simply Hilton is a village about nine miles southeast of Tain in Easter Ross,[1] on the North Sea coast of Ross-shire, on the Tarbat Peninsula. This place is famous for the Hilton of Cadboll Stone: a 'class II' highly decorated Pictish stone discovered here (and now kept in the Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh).
Hilton of Cadboll, Balintore, and Shandwick are known collectively as 'the Seaboard Villages'.
