Bould is a tiny hamlet a mile north-east of Idbury in Oxfordshire, sitting close by the Gloucestershire border, here marked by a minor strea, that joins the Westcote Brook, before the latter flows into the River Evenlode. Bould is about four and a half miles south-east of its nearest town, Stow-on-the-Wold in neighbouring Gloucestershire.

South-east of the hamlet is Bould Wood.
