Bruton Hundred
Bruton Hundred is one of the hundreds of Somerset, dating from before the Norman conquest.
The Hundred is situated to the east of the county, adjacent to the border with Wiltshire. It is bounded to the east by Norton Ferris Hundred and Wiltshire; to the south-west by Catsash Hundred; to the west by Whitstone Hundred; to the north-west by Wells Forum; and to the north-east by Frome Hundred.[1]
It contains the ancient parishes of:

- Eastrip (ex. par.)
- Four Towers (ex. par.)
- Milton Clevedon
- North Brewham
- Pitcombe
- South Brewham
- Upton Noble
- Yarlington
