The Water of Ruchill is a small river in Perthshire which is created by the running together of many burns among the Crieff and Loch Earn Hills at the south-western edge of the county, and from the slopes of Ben Vorlich (3,232 feet). The waters unite near the farmstead at Dalchruin and flows north-eastwards from here.
The river carves a small glen, Glen Artney, and to the north of the glen is the Forest of Artney, a largely treeless area, in contrast to the well-watered glen.
The river joins the River Earn at Comrie.
