Clifton Hundred shown in Bedfordshire

The Clifton Hundred is one of the hundreds of Bedfordshire, in the south-east of the county, adjacent to the border with Hertfordshire. It is bounded by Flitt Hundred to the west; by Wixamtree Hundred to the north; by Biggleswade Hundred to the north-east; and by Hertfordshire to the east and south. The population of the hundred in 2011 was 33,170, rising to 34,141 if detached parts are disregarded.
