South Kelsey is a village in Lindsey, the northern part of Lincolnshire. It is to be found on the B1205, five miles east of the A15 and four and a half miles south-west of Caistor.

According to the 2001 Census the village had a population of 571, increasing to 604 at the 2011 census.

The parish church is St Mary's. There is a village hall.
