Clayton Glacier is a small glacier flowing north along Murphy Wall into Sunset Fjord on the Bay of Isles on the north coast of South Georgia.

The glacier was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee for Roger A.S. Clayton, a British Antarctic Survey geologist who worked in the area, 1972–74.[1]

Landsat satellite imagery, 2003, showed that the glacier had undergone considerable retreat.
