Burden Passage is a sea channel running north-west to south-east between D'Urville Island and Bransfield Island in the Joinville Island Group, all within the British Antarctic Territory.

The channel was charted by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey in January 1947 from Trepassey Island on the first navigation of the passage; it is named after Captain Eugene Moores Burden (1892-1979) of Carbonear, Newfoundland, who served as Master of the Trepassey, the Survey's ship, in 1946-47.
