The River Dulas (also referred to as the South Dulas) is a river that flows through Montgomeryshire northwards to its confluence with the River Dovey. Shortly after its confluence another river also called the Dulas joins the Dovey from the north.

The South Dulas rises in Glaslyn, below the slopes of Foel Fadian, and passes the hamlet of Forge and Plas Dolguog before joining the Dovey.
