Llanymynech and Pant

Llanymynech and Pant is a civil parish in Shropshire adjacent to the border with Montgomeryshire. It is bounded to the north by Llanyblodwel, to the east by Oswestry Rural and Kinnerley, to the south by Llandysilio and to the west by Carreghofa, the latter two in Montgomeryshire. The population of the parish is approximately 2,100.

As its name suggests, the two main villages within the parish are Llanymynech and Pant, although half of Llanymynech lies in Montgomeryshire.

The parish is home to the Llanymynech and Pant Cricket Club, which formed in 2008. They play their home matches in Llanymynech.
