The Euchan Water

The Euchan Water is a minor river of Dumfriesshire, and a tributary of the River Nith.

The Euchan rises close to the Ayrshire boundary, on the slopes of Blacklorg Hill, and flows eastward, initially through a steep-sided, forested dale. It enters the River Nith just south of Sanquhar.
