Tanera Beag or Tanara Beag is an uninhabited island in the Summer Isles in Cromartyshire, in Loch Broom on the west coast.
The island's name is Gaelic but from Old Norse, Tanara from a Norse word for "Harbour Island". The suffix "Beag" is Gaelic for "Little" to distinguish it from its neighbour "Tanera Mòr"; "Big Tanara".
