Dumfriesshire
Summit: 938 feet NY224914

The Knock is a hill in the Castle O'er Forest of Dumfriesshire which stands over Eskdale.

The Corrie Water rises on the south slope of the Knock, and flows down ultimately to Annandale and the River Annan, while at the foot of the Knock flows the Black Esk, just before it enters the White Esk to form the River Esk, Dumfriesshire in Eskdale.
