Crewkerne Hundred in Somerset

The Hundred of Crewkerne is one of the hundreds in Somerset dating from before the Norman conquest.[1]

The hundred consists of the ancient parishes of:[2]

It covers an area of 13,260 acres.[2]

In the Saxon era it was the centre of a large royal estate.[3]
