The Bower House is a mansion built in the Palladian style in Havering-atte-Bower, Essex.[1] It was built in 1729 by Henry Flitcroft.[1] Parts though are older: the house incorporates architectural items salvaged from the ruined Havering Palace.
The house remained a private home until 1976, when it was purchased by the Ford Motor Company. It is currently used as a Christian training centre.[2]
The stable block is separately grade I listed.[3]
