The Broadwater Hundred is one of the hundreds of Hertfordshire. It is in the very centre of the county, stretching from the northern boundary almost to the southern bounds of the shire, interrupted by an enclave of the Cashio Hundred. In 2011 it had a population of 195,494.
At parts of its boundary, the Broadwater Hundred meets all the other hundreds of Hertfordshire.
The Broadwater Hundred is recorded in the Domesday Book.
