West Barsham is a village in Norfolk, three miles north of Fakenham, and 24 miles west of Cromer.
In 1931 the parish had a population of 89.
The village is one of four settlements within the civil parish of known as Barsham: the other villages being North Barsham, East Barsham and Houghton St Giles.
