The Water of Deugh is the major tributary of the Water of Ken in Kirkcudbrightshire.
The Deugh rises on the county's border with Ayrshire, on the north slopes of Windy Standard, and from here flows northwest, marking the county border as it curves around the Carsphairn Forest. It finally leaves off border duty deep within the forest three miles west of Windy Standard, by which time it is a substantial river flowing south-westwards through Kirkcudbrightshire amongst the Carsphairn Hills.
The river turns south and in after curling round Craig of Knockgray by Carsphairn it opens into Loch Kendoon. The Water of Ken joins at the foot of the loch and the emerging river is the Ken.
