Twitcher Rock is a sea stack in the southern part of Douglas Strait, which separates Thule Island from Cook Island, amongst the South Sandwich Islands.

The rock stands 180 feet high and 460 feet to 490 feet in diameter, standing in the sea 0.7 nautical miles east of Hewison Point, the southeast point of Thule Island.

The rock was discovered by a Russian expedition under Bellingshausen in 1820. It was charted in 1930 by Discovery Investigations personnel on the RRS Discovery II. They named it for John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, from whom the South Sandwich Islands are named, but using a popular nickname: Lord Sandwich was popularly nicknamed "Jemmy Twitcher". The same nickname was used to name the Twitcher Glacier and Twitcher Bay of South Georgia, also within the same territory, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
