Tollhouse Stream

The Tollhouse Stream is a watercourse in the w=south-east of Hertfordshire. It rises in the Rye Meads a sewage treatment works on the north-eastern bank of the River Lea close to Hoddesdon before flowing in a south-easterly direction. Treated effluent is discharged into the stream before merging with the River Stort at the Essex border shortly before the Stort flows into the River Lea.[1]
