Tillberg Peak rises to about 2,950 feet on the south side of the Drygalski Glacier on the Nordenskjöld Coast of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
The peak consists of group of nunataks, between Andersson Peak and Sentinel Nunatak. It was roughly mapped by the Swedish Antarctic Expedition but incorrectly shown as a group of small islands in the Larsen Ice Shelf. They named these supposed islands 'Tillbergs Öarna' after Knut Tillberg, a Swedish judge who supported the Swedish Antarctic Expedition.
Following a survey by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Hope Bay" in November 1947, the name 'Tillberg Nunataks' was applied collectively to Sentinel Nunatak, the present feature, and two nunataks at 64°49'S 60°53'W and 64°50'S 60°52'W. Following a further survey by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Hope Bay" in the 1960-61 season, it was determined that the Nunataks previously named are not conspicuous topographically the name, and so 'Tillberg Peak' was applied to the present feature.
This is a largely ice-free peak, on the ridge running east from Foster Plateau toward Sentinel Nunatak.
