Threemiletown is a scattered hamlet in West Lothian, alone in the countryside with no towns close enough by to bother it and just small villages to either side. It sits at and around a meeting of lanes east of Bridgend, west of Winchburgh, north of Ecclesmachan, and south of Philpstoun and the Union Canal.
