Martham BroadMartham Broad is a navigable broad (or lake) on the River Thurne in Norfolk, within the Norfolk Broads. Martham Broad and its surrounding shore are also a National Nature Reserve. The broad is a little over a mile north of the village of Martham, from which it tales its name. The Nature Reserve is owned and managed by Norfolk Wildlife Trust. It comprises 146 acres of open water, reed and saw-sedge fen. (Read more) |
