Stretton Grandison is a hamlet in Herefordshire, eight miles east of Hereford. The population of the parish at the 2011 census was just 175.[1]
The village is on the A417 road, which follows the route of a Roman Road, hence the settlement's name: 'Stretton', meaning 'street village'.
The River Frome flows along the parish's southern boundary.
The Church of St Lawrence, dating from its 14th-century rebuilding of an earlier church, is a grade I listed building.[2]
