The Penmachno Falls, also known as the Pandy Falls, are a pretty waterfall on the River Machno in Caernarfonshire, on that course of the river which is working its way down to the River Conwy.

The spot is almost concealed in the rocky valley with woods about it, and here the waters cascade down twin staircase-falls into the river below. A 17th century drystone bridge, known as 'Roman Bridge', crosses the river at this point.

A little below this waterfall is another, the Machno Falls.
