Mount Nivea climbs to 4,150 feet above sea level, and is the highest mountain on Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory. It stands at head of the Sunshine Glacier.
The mountain was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1948-49, and is named after the snow petrel (Pagodroma nivea) which breeds in this locality. The mountain was resurveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1956-58, and was climbed, 11 September 1956.
