The Malo River is a river in East Falkland, largest of the Falkland Islands.

Its name is derived from the Breton port of St Malo, whose fishermen once voyaged to the islands' waters, and from them too comes the French name for the islands; les Îles Malouines. The French established a settlement at Port Louis in 1764.

The river flows through the north of East Falkland, rising in the Wickham Heights and in No Man's Land, and flowing down to entering the sea in Salvador Water.

The Battle of Top Malo House took place nearby during the Falklands War of 1982.
