Loch Killisport, also known by its Gaelic spelling, Loch Caolisport, is a sea loch of mainland Argyll, indenting the west coast of Knapdale. The loch opens into the south of the Sound of Jura at the Point of Knap.
To the north is Loch Sween, while to the south rises the bulk of Knapdale's fells between Loch Killisport and Loch Tarbet, which divides Knapdale from Kintyre, both districts of Argyllshire.
The B8024 runs along the south shore of the loch.
