Llanbadoc or Llanbadock is a village and parish between Pontypool and Usk in Monmouthshire. The civil community stretches as far as New Inn to the west, including Glascoed as well as Llanbadoc itself.
The village itself lies just across the River Usk from the town of Usk, off the A472 road. There are not many facilities in this small village - there is the parish church,[1] a garage, a saw mill, an open prison and an agricultural college.
Llanbadoc is the birthplace (1823) of Alfred Russell Wallace.
