Little Sound, Bermuda
The Little Sound is a bay on the coast of Bermuda. The Great Sound. The Great Sound is a wide, sheltered, natural harbour almost entirely encircled by the Bermuda chain, in the west of the territory, and the Little Sound forming an inner water of the Great Sound.
The Little Sound lies at the south of the Great Sound, separated from it by two peninsulas which extend into the sound from Sandys Parish in the west and Warwick Parish in the east. The shores of the Little Sound are busy, as it most of the territory’s coast, and a ferry plies the waters back and forth from Hamilton.
There are a few islands in the sound, the largest Perot’s Island which stands in front of Riddell's Bay and Spectacle Island beside it, behind which is the sheltered water of Jews Bay.
