Lanteglos Highway is a little village in Cornwall, within a wider parish named 'Lanteglos-by-Fowey'.
The village is close to the south coast of the county, east of the tidal estuary of the River Fowey: the 'Highway' is the road leading down to river at Bodinnick, from which a car ferry crosses to Fowey.
The name 'Lanteglos' appears to be from the Cornish name Nant Eglos, meaning 'church valley' (or 'church stream'. The parish's church is in a hamlet to the south.
