Hobbs Pool is a tidal lake on the east coast of George VI Sound (which lies between Alexander Island and the mainland of Palmer Land) in the British Antarctic Territory. The pool lies along the coast of Palmer Land, to the south of Horse Bluff, and is marginal to the George VI Ice Shelf.
Following oceanographic and limnological studies by the British Antarctic Survey from "Fossil Bluff" from 1974, it was named after Simon Alistair Hobbs (b. 1949), British Antarctic Survey general assistant at "Fossil Bluff", 1973-75.
