Hobbs Point

Hobbs Point is the north-east point of Brooklyn Island, which lies in Wilhelmina Bay off the Danco Coast of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
The headland was charted by the Belgian Antarctic Expediation under Gerlache, 1897-99. photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition and surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Danco Island" and "Portal Point", 1956-58. It is named after Graham John Hobbs (1934-1999), the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey geologist at "Danco Island" 1957-59.
