Hanka Island is a tiny island in Leith Cove, an inlet of Paradise Harbour, on the Danco Coast of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The island was charted by the whalers after 1905. It was named by Ferguson after Messrs Salvesen's whale catcher Hanka in which he visited the area in 1913-14. The island was photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition and surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from 'Danco Island', 1956-58.
