Great Stoke is a suburb of the city of Bristol, in the south of Gloucestershire, beside Stoke Gifford, at the north-eastern edge of the conurbation.
The M4 motorway slices along the eastern edge of Great Stoke, and has its junction with the short M32 motorway into Bristol close by. Bristol Parkway railway station provides services on the Great Western line from London to Swansea, as well as the Cross-country route from Plymouth to Aberdeen.
