Elmstone is a hamlet and ancient parish in the Preston Hundred of Kent. It is situated between Canterbury and Sandwich. Since 1935 the village has formed part of the civil parish of Preston.
The village is surrounded by farms and maintains a strong agricultural presence. Elmstone Church, a small 13th-century Anglican church can be found in the village; unusually, the church does not have a dedicated saint.
